Across many schools in Jamaica, thousands of students attend classes without adequate desks and chairs. In overcrowded classrooms, children are often forced to share limited furniture, sit in uncomfortable conditions, or compete for seating. This shortage creates unnecessary tension and disruptions that can contribute to classroom conflicts and make it harder for students to focus on learning.
We have secured over 8,000 pieces of quality school furniture—including desks, chairs, tables, lab stools, teachers’ desks and chairs, student tables and storage units—that can transform classrooms and create better learning environments for thousands of students. These items are ready to be donated, but we need your help to cover the cost of shipping them to schools that urgently need them.
